Launch
TandemOS app, 2026
A brand refresh, not a logo redesign.
As TandemStride prepared to launch its TandemOS app, I built the brand system around its existing logo: a visual language, a typographic voice, a campaign system, and the web, sales, email and social work that carries it.
The result is bright, caring and distinctly modern, a trauma recovery company that feels human across every touchpoint, from a TraumaCon leadership salon to in-app community moments.
Visual language
Simple geometric forms (parallel lines, rounded bars, modular shapes) create an ownable system that scales to data visualization, campaigns and motion.

WHERE IT STARTED
The system began as a moodboard: geometric forms, an editorial type pairing, and a bright, caring tone.
Typography
Sans-serif headlines paired with serif body copy: editorial, rooted in tradition, and generous with negative space.

Campaign & experiential
Large-scale type, vibrant color and soft abstract visuals across installations, out-of-home, web and mobile.

Website
Empathetic storytelling with clear paths to action, built around survivors, peer mentors and the TandemOS matching flow.

Sales & partner story
A payer-facing story told with data and a clear care pathway, plus a B2B email for care operations teams.

Social & app launch
Posts that introduce the new Communities feature and keep the brand consistent in feed, from carousels to app screens.

Brand guidelines
A 32-page guide that documents the system: foundations, identity, visual system and applications, so every team can launch on brand.
